The description of painting no. 12 of the Dissius auction catalogue almost certainly refers to The Lacemaker in the Louvre. Of those surely identifiable paintings by Vermeer described in the Dissius catalogue sale, The Lacemaker fetched a relatively high price in respects to its size. Only the Woman Holding a Balance and The Milkmaid were bought for higher relative prices.
